A Note from RAPID RTC President & CEO, Glen Demetrioff, Regarding COVID-19
Since the news of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) broke, we continue to learn and respond to secure the health and safety of our employees, valued customers and the communities in which we do business. While we are cognizant that communications from suppliers is likely frequent, I would like to take a moment to share an update on behalf of RAPID RTC.
Over the past few weeks, we have taken precautions outlined by our Governments and the World Health Organization and we will continue to be supportive of measures that prevent the spread of COVID-19.
In doing so, our clients and their customers have always been at the center of our services and our pledge is to continue to support you during this challenging time. We have activated our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and our team members are available to assist you with anything that you may require to ensure that there will not be any disruptions. We are prepared.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will evolve our plans as required. We thank you for your trust and partnership – and most importantly, I wish all of you and your families good health and well-being.
